1. Acceptance of Terms

We appreciate you coming to visit our sites. We want to make sure that we respect you as much as we can while still having a viable platform that can provide useful, timely, up-to date information. As such, it's important that we draw clear lines about what we will and will not do with your information. Unfortunately, it is the nature of policies that the only way we can avoid asking you to agree to these terms is if you choose not to use any of our sites. If you do choose to visit (and use) any of our sites, (including prospxct.com, or any of the thingstodoin*.com sites), we ask you to confirm that you agree to what's on this page. If you're not comfortable with that, it's probably best for you to not use our sites. Our Privacy Policy is a separate policy that covers how we handle potentially personal information.

Prospxct is a brand (DBA) of Gotoh Industries, Limited Liability company registered and regulated by the state of Wyoming, United States of America.

Prospxct is a network of travel-related websites. Each one covers a single destination, a city, a country, sometimes a region, with activity recommendations, logistics, and links to booking partners. We also publish original research from the data we collect across the network. Revenue is generated from affiliate commissions and from monetizing our research (see Section 6 and our Affiliate Disclosure).

3. Acceptable Use

Please only use our sites for lawful purposes. Don't try to break into systems that aren't public-facing. We ask that you not scrape or crawl our content with any automated tools, though if you want to use our data for research, just ask. We've done partnerships before.

Don't pretend to be anyone you are not, and please don't hammer our infrastructure.

4. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to keep everything up to date, but travel information can go stale fast. Restaurants close, visa policies change, a ferry company drops a route... the list is endless. We do everything we can to stay on top of things and update our content regularly, but we can't guarantee every detail, price, or opening hour on the site is current right now.

Always double-check details with relevant authorities before you make decisions based on any information found on our sites. That responsibility remains yours alone, and we accept no liability for any errors or omissions.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

Our sites link out to booking platforms, tour operators, eSIM sellers, insurance companies, retailers, and others. When you click through those links and make a purchase, that transaction is between you and the service provider, not with Prospxct.com nor with Gotoh Industries LLC. We take every reasonable measure to ensure that the providers we connect you with are reputable and trustworthy, but it is not possible for us to have any control over their pricing, cancellation policies, or customer service.

6. Affiliate Commissions

We may earn a commission when you make a purchase through links found in our content. That's how we are able to keep our network funded and operational. These links do not require you to pay any more money than you otherwise would have, the commissions we earn are paid to us from the provider's margin. The fees do not influence our what we recommend. 7. No Warranties

The sites are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not (can not) make promises about uptime, accuracy, or availability. Things break sometimes, and when they do, we will fix them, but we are not liable for temporary outages, stale or inaccurate data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows: Prospxct, Gotoh Industries LLC, and anyone working with us are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. That includes lost profits, lost data, and travel disruptions tied to the sites or to services booked through third-party links found in our content, regardless of legal theory, including, without limitation: contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

9. Our Content, Your Rights

Everything on the sites, text, photos, graphics, code, charts, belongs to Prospxct or our licensors. Please feel free to link to our pages freely, or quote short passages with attribution. Please share on social media!

What is not acceptable is the republishing of full (or substantially complete) articles, the scraping content for another product (competing or otherwise), or removing attribution from our research. If you are interested in licensing our content or data, please email us.

10. Modifications

We'll update these terms occasionally. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be updated as well, when we do. If you keep using the sites after that, we understand that you are accept the new version. For significant changes that will affect your rights, we will take practical measures to give notice, but checking this page now and then won't hurt.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in the State of Wyoming, and by using any of our sites you consent to that format and jurisdiction.
