The Short Version
Some links on our travel guide sites earn us a commission when you book through them. You pay the same price either way, the commission comes out of the provider's cut, not yours. This page explains the details.
How It Works
Prospxct runs 500+ destination travel guide sites. Those sites link to booking platforms and service providers. If you click one of those links and buy something, we get a small commission. That's the business model, it keeps the guides free.
Our current partners:
- Viator, tours and experiences (owned by Tripadvisor)
- Airalo, eSIM / mobile data
- Trip.com, hotels
- World Nomads, travel insurance
- NordVPN, VPN
This list changes. We drop partners that don't perform well for travelers and add new ones when we find a good fit.
Does This Affect What We Recommend?
No. Commissions don't drive editorial decisions. We feature things that real travelers rate highly. If a partner's product starts getting bad reviews, we pull the links, the commission isn't worth the credibility hit.
What You Should Know
Booking through our links costs you the same as booking direct. The commission is the provider's expense, not yours. And you're never obligated to use our links, go direct if you'd rather. We'll still be here with free guides either way.
