The Company
Prospxct is a brand of Gotoh Industries, a limited liability company registered and regulated in the state of Wyoming, United States of America. We run a network of 500+ travel guide websites and publish original research from the data we collect across them.
Each site in the network covers one destination. One city, one country, sometimes a region. The guide tells you what to do there, how to get around, what it costs, and links to booking partners where relevant. The sites earn revenue through affiliate commissions. You pay the same price whether you use our link or go direct.
The Research
When you operate 500+ destination sites, you accumulate data. Search patterns, pricing signals, seasonal demand shifts across the entire travel market. We started publishing that data as research reports because the patterns were too interesting to sit on.
The reports aren't sponsored and don't push specific destinations. They're snapshots of what the data shows. When Bryce Canyon outscores Yellowstone on Google Places ratings, or when 97% of search peaks land in March, we publish it.
How We Make Money
Affiliate commissions. When someone books a tour through Viator, grabs an eSIM from Airalo, or reserves a hotel on Trip.com using a link on one of our sites, we earn a percentage. The user pays the same price. We disclose everything in our affiliate disclosure.
No display ads. No sponsored content. No selling user data. Commissions from bookings keep the network running.
